HOW IT WORKS

Choose the number of people and/or Pets you’d like in your portrait from the dropdown menus.

As soon as the order’s received, I’ll get back in touch by email with details/ photo you’ll need to send.

Next, I’ll get to work to draw a sketch - Feel free to make any adjustments or tweaks at this point so that I can get it just right.

Once the sketch is approved I will send you the final version to your email.

Usually I work as A3 (11.6 x 16.5) 300 dpi , but let me know if you have a different preference.

SHIPPING & REFUNDS

I will send you a digital JPG, PDF or PNG file with the product. Neither printing nor physical shipment is offered.

Due to item nature, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for any custom order.
